Segregation was a way of life in St. Louis, aptly called “the most southern city in the North.” On this City Corner, Host Steve Potter, interviews Vida “Sister” Goldman Prince, the author of That’s the Way it Was, a book chronicling the experiences of African-Americans growing up in segregated St. Louis.
