Takin It to the Streets is one of the most informative shows if you want to have your finger on the pulse of what St. Louisans’ are thinking. On this week’s show, Meghan O’ is talking off heading to St. Louis Lambert International Airport asking travelers if COVID-19 has impacted their decisions to fly. Make sure you check out what travelers had to say about traveling and COVID-19’s effect on it. Travel does increase your chance of getting and spreading COVID-19. There’s so much to consider if you do have to travel including the fact that you may feel well and not have any symptoms, but you can still spread COVID-19 to others. You and your travel companions (including children) may spread the virus to others, including your family, friends, and your community for 14 days after you’ve been exposed. Of course, staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others from COVID-19, but if you can’t, then don’t travel if you’re sick or if you have been around someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
