“See Me. See Us.” Women’s Portrait Project will exhibit 20 portraits of St. Louis women, along with each of their stories. That includes all the ways each woman was taught how to be a woman. Although the portraits are non-verbal, the rawness and vulnerability of each image can be felt with an single look. The concept of the exhibit is to encourage each of us to reveal ourselves and to explore the uncomfortable truths hidden within.
