iHeartMedia St. Louis recognizes the effect Breast Cancer has on the women in the African American community and their families. We continue our dedication to the African American community in 2024 encouraging women to get mammograms because early detection saves lives. This year the 15th Annual Sista Strut 3K Walk and Car Parade sponsored by Brown and Crouppen was held on Saturday, October 5th in Downtown St. Louis and continued bringing awareness and raising money to give back to the community.
