Too many animals are found in poor condition and without homes. Janelle Higgins chats with Kathleen Dudley, Director of VIP RSQ, about her rescue organization and the show, Project V.I.P. (Very Important Pets). Project VIP is designed to reach a broad audience with the intent to both educate people on a wide range of pet topics, as well as, entertain them with local attractions and inspiring stories. The two discuss tips for dogs for winter survival. Hopefully by educating viewers on proper pet ownership, fewer pets will end up being discarded and sadly, euthanized.
