Tim Lampley is an Emmy award-winning broadcaster recently featured in the 2024 international documentary “Luther: Never Too Much,” produced by Jamie Foxx and Trilogy Films. With a career that has spanned multiple television stations and Networks, including KSDK-TV (NBC), STL- TV in St. Louis, ReVolt- TV, TVOne/Radio One and Black Entertainment Television (BET), Tim has interviewed countless newsmakers over the years, from entertainers like Usher, Stephanie Mills, Ice Cube, Albert Pujols, and Shaquille O’Neal to civil rights icons like Jesse Jackson and Andrew Young. Notably, Lampley was the sole on-the-ground reporter for ReVolt TV and the Urban One Network during the Ferguson, Missouri uprising in 2014. A four-time Emmy nominee and two-time NABJ Salute to Excellence winner, his passion for journalism began in high school and has propelled him to become the reporter and producer that he is today.
