James S. McDonnell Planetarium Reopening

The James S. McDonnell Planetarium at the Saint Louis Science Center is back with its biggest technology upgrade in more than 25 years. STL TV’s Star Houze checks out the newly upgraded Planetarium, featuring the GOTO Chiron III Hybrid Star Projector, immersive full-dome visuals, real-time satellite data, and a 22,000-watt surround-sound system. Whether you’re a serious stargazer, bringing the family for a day of exploration, or just looking for something different to experience in St. Louis, the new Planetarium is definitely worth checking out.
