This month’s City Corner features organizations working to empower women cancer survivors. Host, Melanie Adams, interviews a number of those involved with making a difference. Started four years ago by Clear Channel Communications, Sister Strut has become an annual celebration of African American women who are surviving and thriving. The event brings thousands of women to Forest Park to join in fellowship and walk to show their support for this important health concern.
