BLACK HISTORY MONTH

It began as a way of remembering important people and events in the history of the African diaspora. Black History Month iscelebrated in February in the United States and Canada, and is a wonderful way to pay tribute to the generations of African Americans who struggled with adversity to achieve full citizenship. Each year STL TV honors Black History Month with images of important African American figures in history that contributed greatly to society.
