The Animal Protective Association of Missouri is proud to celebrate its 90th anniversary with The Harry and Hanley Project! Twenty sculptures by Harry Weber have been custom-decorated by some of St. Louis’ leading local artists and put on display at various area attractions throughout the summer. They will all be rounded up and shown together at the entrance of the Clayton Art Fair in September, before they are auctioned at the APA birthday bash on September 14th.
