It’s time to get your bike in top gear for the 50th Annual Moonlight Ramble happening on Saturday, August 17th. It is known as the “World’s Original Nighttime Bike Ride.” It’s always held nearest to the full moon. Attracting thousands of cyclists each year, the event includes a leisurely ride through closed streets of St. Louis, a vendor area, entertainment, a commemorative t- shirt, and an after-ride party with snacks and drinks. The ride kicks off at midnight on a well-marked route kept secret until that evening. All ages are invited to participate and can choose between a 10 or 18 mile route. All proceeds raised from this event go to fund Hostelling International and Kingdom House! For more information or to pre-register, go to moonlightramble (dot) com.
