This month City Corner looks at the celebrations surrounding the 250th anniversary of St. Louis City. Host Melanie Adams spends time with Missouri History Museum Exhibit’s Director, Jody Sowell, to talk about the next exhibit 250 in 250. This exhibit uses 50 people, 50 places, 50 images, 50 moments, and 50 objects to provide a snapshot of the richness, diversity, and complexity of the city over the past 250 years. STL 250 Executive Director, Erin Budde also joins the conversation to talk about the city wide programs that will take place throughout the year to mark the anniversary. From the kick off starting with First Night to the Burning Love Festival to Fair St. Louis, the city will spend the reflecting on its past and preparing for its future.
